Recording Your Memories Using Digital Camcorders
There has been a lot of pressure on the market for digital camcorders recently. You won’t be taken seriously anymore if you are using home video quality cameras to shoot your masterpiece movie. The real pros do their audio and video separately or use the most expensive cameras imaginable with crazy green screen technology and all kinds of other things that you’ve probably never heard of. You really need to have a budget of millions and millions of dollars to come up with something that the general populace will want to see. And even if you do come across this kind of cash it still might get bad reviews. Because of this people have been a little skeptical of what using digital camcorders can really do for them anymore.
Well, I have some bad news; you are not going to be the next Blair Witch Project. Things like that will only work once. The beauty of that movie was that even though it was shot using only digital camcorders on a budget of less than ten thousand dollars, the acting was so good, and the story was so cleverly crafted that it would not have made sense to record using any other medium. Because the story fit that way, it made it seem silly to use anything else.
You will not be able to duplicate this because honestly, everyone else is trying to do it. Once a new and innovative thing comes out, a million different things come out after it that attempt to copy it and capitalize on its success and for the most part the general public can see right through a ploy to take their money from them and will not fall for something like that easily.
So if you can’t make blockbuster movies with the thing, then what can you do with digital camcorders? Well the answer is simple; you use them to record family movies. You may not like the idea of home videos for some odd reason but if you own a camera, then you need to own a video camera as well, otherwise it is just hypocritical.
