This is for a BSR EQ-1 Dual Channel 5 Band Stereo Equalizer. It powers up, works, and sounds great. The gray color is starting to fade or yellow a little on the top. The face is excellent. Cosmetically I would grade it an 8 out of 10. Mechanically I would grade it a 10 out of 10.
