Ms. Harvey began touring behind her latest release, “The Hope Six Demolition Project,” this summer, but the album’s recording was itself a performance, done publicly, behind glass walls, for an art installation at Somerset House in London. The sessions produced her best live album in years, a collection of political rock songs that will sound even better loud and without barriers.
