This is why I love ColoRADo ! It’s stunning isn’t it?! I find that starting each week with movement is so important. It gets the ball rolling and creates momentum in all parts of our lives. It never fails that when I step out of my comfort zone or get on a good workout routine that the other parts of my life start moving as well.
