To my dear friend @lilitslife apart from being absolutely stunning, I’m amazed by how talented a dancer you are Lilit each time I see you and what gentle a heart you have. As someone who’s known you from before the ‘light’, I can only pray that the rest of the world gets to see you for who you really are; no comparisons and no blind hate. I urge everyone to ignore the media or what everyone says about others. Learn people for yourselves before you form an opinion. If it was you in their shoes, you’d want the same. This is why I love ColoRADo ! It’s stunning isn’t it?! I find that starting each week with movement is so important. It gets the ball rolling and creates momentum in all parts of our lives. It never fails that when I step out of my comfort zone or get on a good workout routine that the other parts of my life start moving as well. Suddenly I get opportunities for work and travel that I didn’t have before. So start this week with movement and whatever you do don’t stop moving!!
